Studies have shown that sprays containing sildenafil are as effective as tablets, with 74% of people reporting improvements in their erectile function when taking a 50mg dose tablet.
About Hezkue spray
-
-
Hezkue spray is an oral spray which is used to treat erectile dysfunction, and helps you to get or keep erections hard enough to have sex with. When you use Hezkue spray, it sends a fine, mist-like spray into your mouth for you to swallow, which contains the active ingredient sildenafil. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in other erectile dysfunctions, such as Viagra. When you use Hezkue, it sends a fine, mist-like spray into your mouth for you to swallow, which contains the active ingredient sildenafil. Sildenafil can also be found in oral tablet generic sildenafil or its brand equivalent, Viagra.

Hezkue spray contains the active ingredient sildenafil, which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. PDE-5 inhibitors work to increase blood flow to the penis. This relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, helping you to get an erection. Oral tablets like Viagra, which also contain sildenafil, work in the same way.
How long does Hezkue spray last?
Hezkue can last up to 5 hours when taken as prescribed. However, it’s important to remember that people may respond differently to the treatment. So, it may last for more or less time when you take it. This means you can achieve and maintain an erection more than one in this time frame – for this you must be sexually aroused.
How long does Hezkue spray take to work?
Hezkue spray is absorbed into the bloodstream in just 5 minutes, and can help you get an erection hard enough to have sex with after 30 minutes of taking it.
How effective is Hezkue spray?
Clinical studies have found that sildenafil in the oral spray form (Hezkue) is as effective as oral tablets for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
One global study found improvements in erectile dysfunction with the use of a sildenafil oral spray (Hezkue) among two groups – people with type 2 diabetes and those with prediabetes.
Clinical trials found that a 50mg dose of sildenafil was effective in 74% of people, while a 25mg dose was 62% effective. The highest administered dose, 100mg, was 82% effective. This means that across the dose levels, effectiveness depends on your needs, tolerance, and flexibility.

You must always take Hezkue spray as prescribed by your doctor.
Here is a step-by-step overview of using Hezkue spray:
- Shake the bottle for 20 seconds – this will ensure the medicine is mixed.
- Remove the child-resistant screw cap by pushing it down and turning it anticlockwise.
- Place the dosage pump on the bottle, sliding the plastic tube carefully into the liquid inside the bottle.
- Hold the dosing pump onto the neck of the bottle and screw clockwise until it is firmly attached.
- Turn the nozzle on the dosing pump until it is open.
- Prepare – Activate the pump by pushing it down 3 times to prepare your dose. This will ensure it is working properly. If you do not prepare your dose, you may receive a lower dose.
- The pump is now ready for use.
- Tilt your head back, open your mouth and press the dosage pump as many times as your doctor has told you to, so the spray hits your tongue.
- Swallow the spray immediately, avoiding contact between the pump and the inside of your mouth.
- Close your spray at the nozzle and remove it by unscrewing it. Return the child-resistant cap to the bottle and turn it clockwise.
We recommend washing your dosage pump thoroughly with water before next use.
Further information can be found in the patient information leaflet that comes with your medication.

Over-the-counter ED options
Some erectile dysfunction treatments don’t require a prescription and can be obtained over-the-counter, for example:
