You can message our doctors privately if you need (non urgent) medical advice about a treatment or test kit we offer. You can do this before or after placing an order.

Medical emergencies and urgent advice
ZAVA is not an emergency service. Therefore we cannot provide urgent advice or emergency medical assistance.
If you or someone you are with is having a medical emergency, please call:
- 999 for emergency medical support
- 111 for urgent medical advice
- 116 123 (Samaritans) if you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or having a panic attack, or if you’re worried about harming yourself or anyone else
Order and service enquiries
Our Customer Support team is on hand if you have any questions about an order or our service (and neither our FAQ and delivery, collection, and refunds pages can help).
The best way to get in touch is by sending a message through your account. All order enquiries should be sent this way so we can deal with them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any medical enquiries will be redirected to a doctor (see above).

Customer Support opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm
- Saturday 9am to 6pm
- Sunday 10am to 4pm
