How does Zava work?
Our doctors prescribe treatment using a simple online questionnaire. Our pharmacy will then dispense and post these treatments directly to your door. We also offer consultations and a range of tests.

- Complete a medical questionnaire form
- Register or sign in and pay your order.
- Every order is reviewed by one of our doctors
- Assuming you are suitable, our doctor will issue a private electronic prescription
- We send medications or test kits with free standard delivery or express for a small additional cost
- Very discreet packaging

Your medical information is sensitive. That's why we've created an online account for you to communicate with our doctors. Following any orders you make on zavamed.com/uk , our online doctors will send you medical and prescription related information to this account. You can access it on your computer, tablet or mobile in the comfort of your own space. We take precautions that other online providers don't, in order to provide you with a convenient and discreet service.
We protect your information
Your medical information related to your order is stored in the EU. Our doctors are mostly based in our private London office and some works remotely in the EEA and see your data only through a secure VPN. zavamed.com is an online doctor website operated by Health Bridge Limited. Health Bridge (“we”) Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 07392646. Our registered office and the main trading address is Health Bridge Ltd (t/a Zava), 46 Essex Rd, London N1 8LN.
We’re registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulator healthcare providers, under registration number 1-201500907 and as such we comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Delivery, refunds and returns
Deliveries are sent out in discreet packaging via recorded delivery. A signature is required on receipt of delivery but it does not have to be you. See delivery information for more details. If for any reason the doctor does not issue a prescription or an item is not available from the pharmacy, you will receive a full refund within a few days. For reasons of safety we cannot allow medicines once sold to be returned. See Returns, cancellation and refunds for more information.
Where does Zava ship?
We currently provide medical services within the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
