How do I find my referral link
Once you have completed at least one order, you’ll be able to find your unique referral link in your patient account. Simply log in to your account, scroll down on the “dashboard” tab, and you will be able to send your referral link to a friend.
Who can I refer to ZAVA
You can refer friends or family members who are new to ZAVA and haven’t placed an order before.
How to use your referral vouchers
When a friend or family member uses your referral code and places their first order, we’ll let you know by email. Your referral vouchers are added to your account.
When you place your next order, you’ll see any available referral voucher at checkout and can choose to apply 1 voucher per order before completing your order.

- You can use 1 referral voucher per order
- Referral vouchers can’t be combined with other discount vouchers
Can I use 2 referral vouchers at the same time
No. You can use 1 referral voucher per order. If you have 2 vouchers, you can use them on 2 separate orders.
Can I use it with other discounts
No, you cannot use your referral reward alongside another discount code. However, you can use it with bundle products, such as our weight loss starter packs.
