ZAVA refer a friend – terms and condition

To take advantage of our Referral Programme:

1. You must be a registered patient of ZAVA;
2. The Friend must not currently be an existing patient, or have received treatment from ZAVA;
3. Your Friend must use the Code to benefit from the Referral Programme;
4. You must not share your Friends’ data with us at any time, and not without consent.
5. You may not refer yourself for the offer.

For this offer to apply, the Friend must also:

1. be at least 18 years old (some products may permit a minimum age of 16);
2. register for consultation for a treatment with ZAVA;

There are no limits to the number of referrals that You can make, but only one referral can be made per Friend

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other marketing offers that You may receive from ZAVA

How does it work

1. You will need to complete a consultation before You are able to benefit from the Code.
2. At the conclusion of the consultation, You will be provided with a Code which you can share with the Friend through private communication eg SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
3. Each Code will provide you with a discount towards your next treatment request. The maximum number of Codes that you can receive in any 12 month period is 50. Collecting referrals by posting personal referral codes on any websites which offer a collection of voucher codes, coupons and other discount opportunities is prohibited.

Do not share your Code on any public group, public forum, or social media available to the public which includes TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, or X.

Referrer Code: You will receive a reward Code when every Friend who uses your Code has their first treatment request accepted by our clinical team.

Friend Code: The Friend must use the shared Code at checkout when they place their first request. The Code applies to the Friend’s first treatment request; it cannot be used on subsequent treatment requests.

When a Friend places their first treatment request using the Code which is subsequently accepted by our clinical team we will notify you by e-mail and you too will receive a personal reward Code.

Codes can only be used once on a single request, stacked Codes on a single request are not permitted. ZAVA may run referral campaigns from time to time and the terms above may vary so please read the applicable campaign terms.

You and the Friend's personal data will be collected, stored and processed to administer and assess the offer in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any Referrer forwarding their personal referral Code and therefore participating in this programme acknowledges and agrees that they are a ZAVA Patients.

Any Referrar using the referrer’s Code when placing a request and therefore participating in the referral programme acknowledges and agrees that by using the Referrer’s referral code, the Referrer will get notified about the Friend using ZAVA's service. Personal and medical information about the Friend’s request will remain confidential.

Participants in the ZAVA referral programme must comply with all up-to-date SPAM laws. Any distribution of the referral code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or spam under any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Further information on the terms governing your use of our website and services can be found in our main Terms and Conditions at https://www.zavamed.com/uk (the website), which apply whether you are a guest or a registered user.

Sharing your Code may subject you to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) codes, primarily the CAP Code and therefore when you share your Code you must avoid the use of any name of prescription medicines commonly known as “prescription only medication” or (“POM”) names (be it branded or their generic name) or the use of the following wording or variations of: “Weight Loss Injection”, “Weight Loss Pen”, ”Obesity Treatment Jab” and “GLP-1”.

You must not share your Code to the public because it is against the laws on advertising to advertise a POM to the public. This prohibits the sharing of the Code on websites, public groups and public forums as well as social media that is accessible to the public. When sharing your Code, you must not use the ZAVA logo or any other ZAVA intellectual property.

If you fail to comply with these restrictions on sharing your Code we reserve the right at our sole discretion to remove your participation from our Referral Programme and redeem any Codes in your possession because we too have implications for your actions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have read and understood this guidance before sharing your Code.

Any exploitation of the Referral Programme, or assistance given to others to exploit it, is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the Referral Programme.

By participating in the Referral Programme, you agree not to breach any law, infringe the rights of any third party, or engage in conduct that is considered unfair, disruptive, harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene, or otherwise contrary to the purpose and intent of the Referral Programme.

By taking advantage of this offer, You agree that ZAVA is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this offer or use of the Code (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

ZAVA reserves the right to cancel, review and amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice, and by continuing to take part in the programme after any revision of these terms and conditions will mean that You agree to any such amendments to the terms.

From time to time, ZAVA may run referral campaigns that may vary these Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
