We occasionally run various discounts and promotions across our services. Please see below for the terms and conditions of any current, recent, or upcoming promotions.
All discounts & promotional codes are only valid for use on ZAVA unless stated otherwise.

25% OFF Refer a Friend Scheme
When you refer a friend to ZAVA, you'll get 25% off your next consultation, and your friend will receive 25% off their first consultation (up to £40). This applies to all our services.
All you have to do is send your friend the unique referral code available in your patient account, and they’ll be able to use it to get 25% off their first consultation:
- Get your unique referral link from your patient account.
- Share your link with a friend. Note this should only be done privately.
- Your friend will receive a code which they can use to get 25% off their first consultation.
- When your friend places their first consultation using their referral code, we will notify you by e-mail and you too will receive a personal reward Code.
Terms & Conditions
Qualified discounts
- To place a request with a discount code, you must be a new patient to ZAVA. This discount is only valid for first-time purchases.
- Placing a request with a discount code is confirmed when a binding agreement to supply is made. No request for treatment placed by the customer will be binding to ZAVA until we have confirmed the request in writing to you. We reserve the right to reject any request for prescription-only medicines.
- A discount code can be shared only with friends and family who would like to know more about and use our services. Please only share it with those who would like to receive it.
- You should never post our referral scheme or discount codes and schemes publicly (this includes social media such as Facebook, Instagram, group pages, Tiktok, Youtube etc).
- Any discussions you have related to our services should never discuss, name or mention specific medications, but you can of course discuss your experience of our service as a whole. Please be aware of your own responsibilities with the law regarding prohibition of promotion of prescription-only medications. Please also see our general Terms and Conditions regarding “Promotional offers and Discount Codes” referrals to our services.
- Using a discount code will entitle you to a 25% discount.
- To use a discount code, you must be an eligible ZAVA patient and have a ZAVA account.
Receiving rewards
- You must use a discount code at checkout when placing a request to get the discount.
- A discount code can be used by different people, but each person can only use it once.
- We reserve the right to cancel discount codes where we suspect the programme is being abused.
- Only one discount code can be used per request.
- All discounts apply to all of our consultation services and test kit costs as a whole only. No prescription-only medication costs will be discounted.
Conduct
- When sharing a ZAVA discount code you must comply with all current SPAM laws. Any distribution of a discount code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or spam under any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Changes to any of our terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The new version will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
If you use the website after the new terms and conditions have come into effect, you will be indicating your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
