Are weight loss treatments safe?
Yes, when they’re licensed, prescribed appropriately and used as directed.
At ZAVA, treatment is prescribed through a regulated healthcare service. Our doctors review your health and medical history first, so they only approve treatment if it’s suitable for you.
As with any treatment, side effects can happen. When you start treatment with us, we’ll explain what to look out for, and our doctors check in regularly to see how you’re getting on. You can also contact us if you have questions during treatment.
Can I switch to ZAVA from another provider?
Yes. If you’re already using weight loss treatment with another provider, our doctors can review your request to switch to ZAVA.
You may still be considered even if your BMI is now below 27, as long as you can provide proof of your previous treatment. Our doctors will review your health, treatment history, current dose and progress before deciding if treatment is suitable.
You can also come to ZAVA if you want to restart treatment or move into maintenance. We’ll help you continue safely, with support for the stage you’re at now.
Do your lower prices apply to every order?
Yes. We’ve lowered our prices across all weight loss treatments and doses, whether you’re starting, switching or continuing with ZAVA. These are ongoing reductions, not just a first order offer.
