Customer referral programme - Terms and Conditions

To take advantage of this Referral Programme:

1. You must be a registered patient of ZAVA;
2. The Friend must not currently be an existing patient, or have received treatment from of ZAVA;
3. Your Friend must use the Code to benefit from the Referral Programme;
4. You must not share your Friends’ data with us at any time, and not without consent.
5. You may not refer yourself for the offer.

For this offer to apply, the Friend must also:

1. be at least 18 years old;
2. register for consultation for treatment with ZAVA;

There are no limits to the number of referrals that You can make, but only one referral can be made per Friend

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other marketing offers that You may receive from ZAVA

How Does it Work

1. If You decide to make use of this offer You will need to request a consultation to have your referral code becomes available to You
2. You will then be provided with a referral code (“Code”) which you can share with the Friend through email, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp or another channel you wish.
3. Collecting referrals by posting personal referral codes on any websites which offer a collection of voucher codes, coupons and other discount opportunities is prohibited.

Friend must use the Referrer’s referral Code at the checkout when they place their order to get the discount only on their first order.

When a Friend places first order using the Referrer’s referral Code, You will also get a personal reward Code.

You will get a reward Code for the first successful order of every Friend that has used the referrer Code.

The Code can only be used once.

Referrer Code and reward Code can only be used per one order.

You and the Friend's personal data will be collected, stored and processed to administer and assess the offer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018

Any Referrer forwarding their personal referral Code and therefore participating in this programme acknowledges and agrees that they are a ZAVA Patients.

Any Referral using the Referrer’s Code when placing an order and therefore participating in the referral programme acknowledges and agrees that by using the Referrer’s referral code, the Referrer will get notified about the Friend using ZAVA's service. Personal and medical information about the Friend’s order will remain confidential.

Participants in the ZAVA referral programme must comply with all up-to-date SPAM laws. Any distribution of the referral code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or spam under any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

By taking advantage of this offer, You agree that ZAVA are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this offer or use of the Code (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

ZAVA reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice,and by continuing to take part in the programme after any revision of these terms and conditions will mean that You agree to any such amendments to the terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
