Updates to contact times during the holidays
See updates to our patient care team availability below:
- Monday, December 23rd: lines are open from 13:00 to 15:00
- Tuesday, December 24th to Thursday, December 26th (inclusive): lines are closed
- Friday, December 27th and Monday, December 30th: lines are open from 13:00 to 15:00
- Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st: lines are closed
- Friday, January 2nd: lines are open from 13:00 to 15:00
- From Friday, January 3nd: regular service
As usual, you can still submit treatment requests through our medical questionnaires during the holidays. However, there may be delays in receiving a response from our doctors.
Medical queries
You can message our doctors privately if you need advice about a treatment or test kit we offer. You can do this before or after placing an order.
Log in to your secure account to send and read messages (including replies from our doctors). You can create an account even if you haven’t placed an order yet.
Order and service queries
Our Patient Care team can help if you cannot find an answer elsewhere on ZAVA Ireland.
The best way to get in touch is by sending a message through your account. All order enquiries should be sent this way so we can deal with them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any medical enquiries will be redirected to a doctor (see above).
