Negative test result

You can continue as normal although a negative test does not guarantee that you do not have COVID-19. There’s still a chance you may be infectious.

If you have a problem with your results or need help understanding them, you can message a doctor for free through your patient account or contact our Customer Support Team directly.

• Lateral flow tests for general or everyday use. You can also take a test to check if you’re still infectious after testing positive.
• Recovery certificate to travel, attend events, or return to work if you’ve recently recovered from COVID-19. Use our digital certificate instead of taking tests (or if you still test positive despite no longer being infectious).
• Antibody test kit to see if you've had coronavirus before or had a response after your vaccination.
