Inconclusive COVID-19 Fit to Fly test result
Your sample has been reported as inconclusive. This means we cannot issue you with a certificate to say you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. If you still plan to travel and need a conclusive result, you need to get in touch with us URGENTLY to organise a repeat test. Please call 0203 808 0064 and have your travel plans ready so we can advise you on the best course of action. Lines are open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
An inconclusive test result may mean that the supplied sample is 'insufficient', and our lab was unable to carry out an analysis. It could also mean that the sample received was ‘not testable’, which means the lab received a sample that may have been contaminated or not collected correctly.
